with a 64 mb grafixs I doubt it will run . the Pentium 4 2.5 is fine but you need a good grafix card and lots of ram memery. My computer I have a pentium 4 1.8 G with a GeForce fx5500 128MB, 512 megs of ram and I can run the sim, but I have most of the graffix setting to medium or less.
