I must second what RCKEN says.
In addition to this, the Cessna 182 is not really a 'trainer type' plane. If you MUST TEACH YOURSELF (not recommended ) you would be much better off with a Slow Stick or an Easy Star. Both of these planes will fly slower than the 182 and be much more stable. When you are learning to fly, slower is better.
One other thing. MANY (Most ) ELECTRIC TRAINERS do not like wind over 3 mph. This means that your flying is going to pretty much limited to early morning or early evening until you learn how to fly and develop your flying skills.
