Default RE: .28 in a funfactor? oh dear....

yea, ill sort the centre diff one day... bored of spending money on the things for now. maybe a truggy in the future, but after todays run on the beach, im not sure i need anything else.

i keep loosing the 4wd tho... the rear centre drive cup keeps working off the shaft - yep threadlocked and tightened the grub screw as hard as i can... ill swap the shaft for a spare... maybe... its a lot of fun in 2wd, i just miss the front brake. but keeping it straight is erm... interesting.

those komodos work great on untouched hard, smooth sand, but once its all fluffed up from donuts etc and it gets loose, then they are rubbish, quite frankly! until then tho they turn really sharp, dont grip too hard and let me get the truck loose for some fun sand blasting of the local nosey kids. what i really need is some slightly longer pinned/spiked tyres that are low profile like the komodos. brilliant on the dirt tracks here tho, no complaints at all.

did i mention that this thing is fast...? ran today with the 14/18 cen steel bell... cant wait to see if it will pull 17/21 or even 21/25 genesis pinions... lol, it might, it might...

finally broke it tho, just pulled a rear tie bar screw out of the diff casing, was getting too dark anyway, so i bailed out. oh, i put some new shafts in the rear today too. the cen cv end is starting to show signs of wear now from the sand etc, as soon as they fail im going over to Rollands shaft mod/swap.
