Your graphics card with 64 Mb RAM will work - the scenery just will not be quite as detailed. I had a GeForce TI card with 64 Mb and it worked. I didn't get shadows, and the photo scenery wasn't detailed but the planes flew as they are supposed to. I upgraded to a GeForce 5200 with 128 Mb and the scenery is now detailed as are the planes and helis and I have shadows for whatever it is worth. Go for it.
