ok only the plug on the JR TX is reverse polarity. RX plugs are universal.

THE TX Plug is a circle with a pin. The pin is usually positive (futaba, airtronics, blah blah), the circle is neg. On JR TX its reverse. so the charger must have the correct TX wire. Witch the JR charger you linked has.
