One simple solution is to have the connect points be in the same place for both the top and bottom aileron.

Let's put the connect point slap on the TE for all the ailerons. If there is no stagger, then that solution works out perfectly to move the driven aileron exactly the same deflection as the driving aileron moves. The reason there is equal movement is because the connect points are square to each other and their hinge axis.

If you draw a line from the TE of the top aileron to the TE of the bottom aileron on the Ultimate, that line is off square by about 9-10 degrees. If you want the top aileron connection to be square, the connection will have to go above the top aileron about 10 degrees or about a quarter inch above the TE. And the bottom aileron would have it's connection about that far above it's TE.
