Doug, I had trouble a week ago getting my 82 Saito started, 15 degrees. Today, 25 degrees, I turned it over a bunch of times, then injected a squeeze of Ronsonal lighter fluid right into into the fuel line. The carb opening is on the bottom, so out of easy reach. She popped right off. And I used the Ronsonal for my OS .61 and SuperTigre .45, too, but always AFTER you get them choked and turning over, get that head at least a LITTLE warm.
