The go between the o-ring and the step washer that goes against the blade grip. You must put an equal amount on each side. So if you put 2 on one side of the spindle you have to put 2 on the other side. I've had issues if I put to many the heli starts to "wobble". Start with 1. if it works then try 2. and so on to find your heli's sweet spot.
