Realizing that it consists of only outer skins of the finest pre-preg, they will be required to design and build all of the interior structural components, design and build all tooling required to produce and assemble the structural components, test the dynamic and static loads of the components and integrated structure, perform aerodynamic testing, electrical and systems testing, stall testing and lastly getting it certified by the FAA.
