Channel #1,roll/aileron. #2,nick/elevator. #3,pitch/throttle. #4,tail/rudder. I hope this helps, I spent a couple hours setting up the FMS last night. I got stuck the same place you are. Hate to addmit it but my wife had to figure it out for me.
