I don't have any factual info on that. Last I heard (here online or chat - not sure), the Rafael was just a test of their Mirage 2000 with canards. I know there was a thread about it not being scale. I would think that SM will come out with one a little more scale than what they showed previously. Maybe Eric or one of their dealers can chime in.

I do know that they are working on some re-design and better composite structures and hence the delay in some of their eagerly awaited new models. I'm just as anxious in line to get the F-4. Hopefully by spring of next year.

BTW, I could not just sit and do nothing - so I just put together a BVM Bobcat comp and a SCALE Mig-21 that I love just looking at. Maybe, I'll post some pictures one of these days.
