The reality of MAAC is that apathy is the leading cause of all teh problems.
R/C Nerd does have some good ideas, and clearly has a head for marketing and promotions. There are two committees that coudl prpbably benifit from his ideas, the Public Relations Committee and teh beginners committee. BOTH committees appear inactive (I haven't seen a PR report for the mag since the current chair took over) and the chair ofteh beginner committee is ALWAYS lamenting the lack of valuable input.

As with any body that is governed by a committee ... change takes forever ... but it can be MUCH easier to impliment on the committee level.
