Default RE: after plane starts to torque roll

ORIGINAL: q8cub

After I typed the previous message, I watched a video clip of a "3D" flying, however, the torque roll was not performed in a narrow space, or in other words, the plane was rolling all over the SKY! Is this the optimum way of torque rolling?

Can you torque roll while the plane is only inches off the ground ! If my memory is ok, I remember watching a clip of a pilot torque rolling an Ultima just few inches off the ground!
This sounds like a rolling harrier. A torque roll has the plane sitting reasonably well in one spot. Most torque rolls are done at ground level, looks the coolest
