We at Horizon have 10 full time telephone techs supporting our customers at all times. They have scant little time for the RCU links while they directly support our customers. A toll free telephone call gets immediate response from a person with no email delay. And no one has a better service and warranty reputation than Horizon.

And who provides all support here at RCU? Where are your American dealers when you have questions?
I even supported folks who bought MVVS American for crying out loud.
