I would be happy to report to the consumer protection agency my experience with Thunder Tiger and ACE RC. I have still not herd from them about the bill I sent for the full refund of the plane and cost to repair my Saito 150 and Futaba radio and the many hours I spent building the plane.

They still have not flown one of those planes, constructed as explained in their plans, more than 4 flights without a failure. If they had they would have written back and told me about it.

Please include my experience in the class action suit if any are started.
