Hi Guys,
Just new to R/C Airplanes and bought the above and coupled it up with a 46AX engine and a Futaba 7CAP radio system.
Ive read quite a few threads on this plane and are trying to check and correct problems others have found.
What im a bit surprised about is the method used to secure the Fuel tank.Iv not seen much mentioned on this
and are wondering if im not doing something right or are others just incorporating there own fixes.
To me it seems impossible to secure the tank by simply tightening the screw which locks the stopper in.Ive done this but my tank
can easily be slid back.Im going to glue two blocks either side of the tank and screw two pieces of velco strip to these blocks to strap
the tank hard against the firewall.
Be interested in comments from other builders of this plane re their tank mounting
