RE: NEED HELP ON MOUNTING CAMERA!!!!
There are all kinds of video cameras out there that are designed to operate on RC airplanes. They have receivers that plug into the input on a vcr or television (so you'd need one of those available to make it work), and some even have a rx that plug into a computer--so if you had a laptop, you could take it out and use it. The cameras themselves don't weigh much more than the nine volt battery used to run them, so pretty much any plane could take one up. Total weight of the onboard system would be under 4 or 5 ounces. Prices run from 20 bucks on the internet, to better ones costing upwards of 150 dollars or more. There is even a thread out there to show you how to buy one of the disposable, digital camcorders from CVC, and turn it into a multi-use RC camcorder. So, the sky's the limit on this issue. There is a video and camera forum on RCU, you could post your question there and get better responses.
There are also holders available that you'd put a regular disposable camera in, and you'd use a servo to push the picture taking button when you wanted to take a picture. THen, take the camera to the local film shop and get it devoloped. Depends upon what kind of photography you want....
