Thanks everyone. I got it finished tonight.
I attached some pictures of the mod's I did.

1. Used Styrene to make horns for the Aileron Linkage. (Old servo horns would work to as Uniquewon suggested)
2. Added CF rods between SFG's & tail to stiffen the tail.
3. Added piece of wire to the tail so the rudder doesn't drag. (probably not necessary, but i was taxying around the basement & didn't want to file the rudder off.)

I'll check out my LHS for either CF rods or bamboo for the LE. It does sound like a good idea.
I'm wondering if they relocated the landing gear on the kit because it seemed fairly stable and didn't seem to want to nose over unless I really pushed it over. So, for now I left that stock.

BTW, I think the rimfire is going to work out nice. it was all I could do to hold onto it when testing the engine.
