Plans call for a lite coat of epoxy thinned with alcohol to seal the bulkheads. I used spray poly on my F-15 and it seemed to work well so will go with that. I put all the bulkheads on a board with drywall screw and will spray everything with a couple of coats. On my Eagle I painted the inside of the fuse white white Omni and clear coated over that, so am probably going over board. Never had fuel inside the fuse of my Eagle but you never know.
