Default RE: *Modeltech Formula ARF 3D Competition 46-60*

i know it;s been a while since anyone has replied on here. but i started my Magic Formula 3-d today and finished about an hour ago. it took me about 12 hours to complete it. i'm using a magnum 70 4-stroke on it. i know i might have alittle more power than some because i'm running 30% nitro heli fuel and a 14x4 apc wide blade prop. i had this set-up on my Bad Boy V3 fun-fly and it about ripped the covering off a full throttle!!!! right after i got done i wanted to weigh it cause i have heard alot about it being heavy. but mine came out right at 6 lbs even!!!! all servos are in the factory places. i am using a hitec 81 on throttle, and i use li-po's for my receiver batterys with a 5.4volt regulator!!! have have high tourque ace servos on the elevator they put out about 90 ounces of tourque. hitec standards on ailrons and rudder. i really don;t like solid rods on pull-pull rudder so i uses gold-en cables for the rudder pull-pull. i'm using a true turn ultimate spinner apc cut. over all this is one killer lookin plane!!!!! and man is it big!!!!! i think i'm going to love this plane. if the 70 doesn't do as well as i think it will i got a magnum 91 4 -stroke i can use!!!
