Default it depends..

so u r new....that is the most important step to
take....the first nitro car...

have u ask yourself what type of car do u want..
electric/nitro...on road / off road....

and do u have the time to look after your kit...

and how much do u want to spent on this hobby...

------------well dont take this so seriously...

let me tell u something..
i've started with a 1/10 on road electric..thought
it was enough for a little fun...after a few months i feel the need to get the nitro car....
and after getting the second car....again got
the urge to get a more durable and reliable and
to meet certain requirements( these requirements
come with experience after having 2 cars)

and now at present...i got the 3rd nitro on-road
nitro touring car...of course after selling the two previous elec. & nitro car...

who knows maybe after sometime i'll be getting
the urge to try off road? hehe

well i hope u get a clear picture about this hobby
and know where u'll end up....but the most important to have fun with it....and a bit off money....heheeh..

>>>as for the ssb ttiger....i think its ok...
with the shaft driven terain u'll save changin the
belts....and it is more suitable for of road uses but not to the extend off the off road buggy..as for the engines...there is always more powerful engine on the market...the stock one should be alright for beginner...one step at a time.....

welll...bye
