shumaker- Here's a little tip for you.
Remove the blades and stick your Allen wrench (hex key) in the screw that holds one of the rotor grips on and turn it as to loosen or tighten it. Watch the opposite grip and see if it wobbles. If it does you have a bent fethering shaft. I have bent mine twice and I just took it out and straighten it on a flat, hard surface with a hammer. Rolling it on a piece of glass will show where it's bent. Oh and another thing, I know from experience (5 years with nitro helis) that your fly bar and main shaft will be bent too, just take them out and straighten the same way and you will be fine. Just don't tap them to hard because the shafts are soft and it will make slight flat spots that the bearings may not slide over.
