Forgive me if this may seem redundant

I'm thinking about getting into the R/C electric boat hobby. I'm thinking of 2 choices for a first boat. the CEN Aqua Jet EP and the Traxxas Villian EX. I may want to upgrade parts and/or have them still obtainable. I'd like a boat that has been around the pond a few times with members of this forum (in case I need help) I am kind of partial to RTR.

I'd like some oppinions on these 2 boats. If you know of a 3rd boat that maybe in the same class of price and performance, please let me know.
