Engine overheating
Nitro content too high -- Run nitro content between 10-20%
Fuel not containing correct lubricants -- Purchase a higher quality fuel
These both are incorrect. All modern Fuel's for RC Cars contain proper lubricants.
Also who told you running higher nitro add's heat? Thats totally bogus and false. If anything when using a low content nitro you run your engine leaner which causes it to produce more heat.
Engine stall as soon as you give it gas
Your Writting this for Newbies right? So your Nitro uses Gas? That line should say Engine stalls as soon as you open throttle.
Also you mention nothing about Roto Start or Ez Start Issue's. Traxxas and HPI sell more RC's than any other companies on the market. You should cover those 2 items. Pull Starts are garbage and cheap. Also since it's for newbies toss in that for Traxxas they should run Traxxas Top Fuel. Since it's about the only fuel runs worth a crap in the 2.5's. Plus #1 issue with 2.5 tuning problems is cause of using a oddball fuel.
actually running the engine with 10% fuel doesnt make the engine hotter because it still contains the proper amount of oil's for that content of nitro, so it cools down correctly, and the engine wont run leaner with less nitro, it will still run like any other fuel,, all 10% does is make the engine power less then you would have it with 20%, i have ran 30%,20%,16%,10%, and im telling you, running 20% and 30% makes it hotter, and run leaner, but you are right that he wrong, the fuel you buy contains the proper amount of lubrication, it has been tested, on bottle or jug of fuel it will say what it is for, so meaning it was tested for those conditions
