For a plane the size you are building and the expected speed, you will be hard pressed to determine any difference between a tappered or square trailing edge. The squared will be slightly stronger and more resistant to hanger rash and handling damage. Unless you are going for all out speed and effeciency, leave them square and save yourself a lot of work.
