yeh, I'm not denying how well it works, I'm just saying that if you use it, PutFile now own your videos/images.

As I say, it may not be a concern for everyone, but uploaders should at least be aware of it in case it does concern them. For example, I personally want to retain copyright to my movies. And for all we know, they may and probably will never do anything with the uploaded files. But I just think it's a bit dodgy having that clause.
