What I described is the "long-term" project, it is how people building it want it to be in about 3 or 4 years, they are going slow because it's taking a huge amount of money, and the guys building it (about 6 guys) are not big buck investors, they are just regular people like us who are trying to do something big for this hobby with their own money.

I went to the presentation of the project and it's kindda big, with a racing track for cars, an artificial lake for boats, paved runways, frequency control, restaurant, clubhouse and all that.

The first operational section will be of course the runways (and the restrooms ), everything else will be "on the fly" (no pun intended).

I think they will charge $200 USD a year, and you can go anytime you want, any day.. OR if you don't want a membership you can pay $5 USD any given day to enter and use the location.
