Some of the other Mags to me just seem like big sales brochures where everything reviewed is the next best thing! MA IMO seems to focus towards more things that should interest me as a fan of general Model Aviation. It is probally correct that those who fly only scale stuff will be more inclined to pick up a mag featuring mainly scale, or those who only fly 3D will pick up a mag that contains alot of 3D, same for electrics, etc etc. If you are a person like me though that truly admires all aspects of the Hobby then I think MA does a pretty fair job of trying to cater to a wide variety of interest. The AMA Membership is a very diverse group of people, and to alienate certain Members by not featuring Planes that they enjoy would not be a very good representation of what the AMA is supposed to be all about!
