I wouldn't worry too much about it, their TOS was written to cover their rears, not so they can steal and sell peoples home movies

Prime example would be #5 in the TOS, basically saying that if you upload copyrighted stuff it's your problem should whoever the copyright item belongs to wants to sue you. As soon as some legal matters come up the file magically no longer has anything to do with them, funny huh?
