You can't get the cylinder off that motor it was spot welded on at the factory. The piston comes out by turning the rod sideways and pulling it down and out. Back when O&R was in business you had to send in the motor to have a new cylinder put on. There are some restorers that do work on these motors and have the equipment to do this.
