You left out the part about being involved in a lawsuit against your Federal Government employer.
What does excersizing my right to take a Federal Employer to court when they have violated pay regulations, and committed a wrong against me (and others) have to do with a background check? Are you saying the courts were established for this purpose, but if you use them then they hold it against you?
