I sure it's the same one. Bill, What about the templates. I know it's been a while but I'm back into the herk building season. (always tight on free time [&o] ).
Question on the full size? Did the inner flaps go down further than the outboard flaps? I have decided to go with Hitec programable digital servos for the flaps only. With the hitec programer I'll be able to match precisely each movement of the four flaps and control the speed of travel. I use the 3 position switch on my Futaba Super 8 radio. UP=0 flaps or none. CENTER=half flaps or actually takeoff position and DOWN=full flaps or landing position. This is me. I've been doing this for years.
I've made an additional cut-out in the center of the wing in the top. This will be an access hatch that will house my MSA-10 or simply (matchbox or servo synchronizer) where I can fine tune anyone of the four engines even while the engines are running, especially at idle. This area will also house a small batt. for the throt. servos. WHy? Because I dont run micro servos on voltage regulators or 6 volts. (because of speed and jitters). Thus there will be a switch with charge jack here also.
I love this engineering stuff.
Please stay tunned for pictures of the completed internals of the foam core center section only, It has not been sheeted yet.
