Six imperfectly drilled hole no matter what jig you use ??
A good drill jig, made on a milling machine, will have the holes perfectly drilled within .002 of true position..When the prop is drilled with a #9 drill there is no way the holes can be mis aligned...Both 3W and DA sell drill jigs made that way..I know, I made the first ones for both companies...They had 12 holes, so they could be use for either pattern..
