I will vouch for the quality of the TopCap. I have landed mine pretty hard a few times, including one pancake from 15 feet when the engine quit while entering a hover, and one direct impact with a light pole on landing. I wasn't going very fast on that one, but I caught a wing square about 2 feet from the ground, spun it around and landed on a sidewalk. Aside from a busted prop and some bruised pride there was no damage.
