A good question would be, is the Starcat, in all actuality a Glasscat.

The photo with Tracy in it, is a Glasscat, the other photo is the
toy small version of the "as of yet to be manufactured" other
thing.

Very misleading. I sent him a question to the add, and he
emailed me this reason for the old photo: "It shows the size
relationship compared to a person." I also in the question,
put a link to this thread, he could have posted the question
under the add like the rest of the questions, but I guess
he doesn't want potential customers to see the Travolta-Heff
side of production.

The add should say, "this is an ancient photo, many many years old
just so you can see an older plane that has also never been 100% completed,
that has absolutely nothing to do with this kit for sale". Its there
simply to show size reference, of what one might look like if it were
ever built with your hard earned deposits.
