Default RE: MVVS 58 IRS PROSPORT

For most answers, I quote from my web pages:
MVVS 58 Prosport: heavy duty version Cat# 3001P, 8hp @ 6800 rpm
props (two-bladed)
22x10 ; 22x12 ; 22x14; 24x8; 24x9 ; 24x10 ; 24x12 ; 25x7 ; 25x8 ; 25x9 ; 25x10 ; 25x12 ; 26x7 ; 26x8 ; 26x9 ; 26x10
props (three-bladed)
22x10 ; 22x12 ; 24x9 ; 24x10 ; 24x12
Like all MVVS petrol engines, the engine is equipped with graphite coated piston,
Additional features:
-heavy duty bearings throughout,
-a titanium central prop drive bolt.
-redesigned crankshaft
-heavy duty connecting rod
-redesigned cylinder porting
-piston adapted to porting changes
-Added intake horn on carburettor
The engine must not be compared to the DA50 (see propeller list). It is at least one class up in power, and designed for daily heavy duty use. Pitts style mufflers are not recommended, nor are they made by MVVS. If you want to throw away all the extra the engine has to offer, and risk warranty, Bisson makes a muffler for the 58 series engines.
The engine is available, [link=http://www.mvvs.nl/MVVS/main_bestanden/pricelist.html]look here[/link].
