RE: 3250 mid-range problem
You may need to turn the spraybar a bit. This will require a reset of the high-speed and low-speed needles. You should be able to get a compromise that will give you a reasonable transition. A slight hesitation on throttle up is normal...it's not linear, but you should not have long delays or quitting. The engine should also be able to run well in the midrange...rich, but again not quitting.
