I have an old YS 80 ST heli engine that has a bad piston and I was thinking of removing the fuel regulator and machining a plate with a pressure nipple on it so I can mount it separately from an engine.
I'm thinking I could then use it with a check valve for any other engine like the Iron Bay or Cline regulators.
Has anyone tried this before or does anyone have a picture of the inside or parts diagram of the Cline or Iron Bay regulators?
I think that the Iron Bay and Cline are different from each other but I don't know how.
