I don't believe that it's overbuilding, I was very cautious with the epoxy. I did it because the stck installation was a little to wiggly for my tastes, and I thought that might cause problems with fine control during aerobatic routines. My plane is gonna be a bit nose heavy anyway, as I'm putting a saito 1.50 on it, so the extra weight of the epoxy won't be a problem. Better to put structural strenght into it than just dead weight.
