Default RE: Excess Oil on Nexstar?

Yep, this is normal. Glow engines get their lubrication from castor or synthetic oil mixed in the fuel. The oil does not burn when the fuel burns and is then spit out the exhaust of the engine. That's where all the oil comes from. Just clean it off at the end of a flying day and you'll be fine.
