I have a hanger 9 sukhoi that I supect is tail heavy. I just recently switched out the ZDZ 80 single and put a BME 100 on it.
I have not checked the cg since then. The plane is setup per plans with the rudder servos in the rear and I have about a pound in the nose for balance. This was for the zdz and it balanced about an inch and a quarter behind the wing tube. I have noticed that the plane does not crawl in for a landing like it used too. Is it possible that I'm nose heavy now and thats why it is comming in a little hotter or am I even more tail heavy than before. I will balance it tonight but I just wanted to get some input about the effects of cg and langings. Any comments would be appreciated.
