Thanks for asking. I was planning on posting a little later this morning my progress. I purchased a card reader but still couldn't access the pictures on the card. I called the data recovery firm that I send all my clients to when they have hard drives crash and they referred me to a product called Photo Rescue. [link=http://www.datarescue.com]www.datarescue.com[/link] . It cost me $29 and was a wonder. It didn't' get all of the pictures back, but it did recover about 3/4 of them so it was worth every penny to me. I can do a work around on the pictures that were lost. I'm still not happy with HP, but at least I recovered from the disaster!!!
