The Hirobo XRB Lama SR does all of what you described. I assume that the Blade CX will as well, since it appears to be a close copy.
Yes, if you have the heli trimmed, and let off the sticks, it will hover stationary. Thes counter rotating helis are very stable. The move very slowly, which means that you cannot fly them outdoors unless it is absolutely calm. Any breeze at all, and it moves away from you faster than it can fly. Still a LOT of fun, indoors and out on those rare, perfectly calm evenings.
We have 2 Hirobo XRBs in the family, and we love them. Yes, they are on the toyish side, but that is OK. We made army men out of wire with a hoop on top, and we practice rescueing them by hooking the hoop with the landing skid. Hard to do.
