skymortar-just so you don't feel neglected. Do you have a sim to practice on. It may be another expense, but if you crash, you just reset and try again. Other than that just practice. The key is helicopters are very sensitive to input. It takes very little to correct a move. And I mean very little. Other than a few seconds at a time you will constantly be making minor moves. Don't get frustrated, we've all been there. After a while it just clicks. This is my third bird and it's the only one I can actually control. Hope this helps a little. If we were all so talented we flew perfect we wouldn't be in these forums in the first place. We'd be flying all the time instead of waiting for parts.
