Has anybody installed the "Head Dampening Shims?"

Does it make a difference? I'm still running the 2BB grips and stock head.... any advice would be appreciated!

Also, you think the entire Bell/Hiller head upgrade is the way to go or just the Bell/Mixer pushrod set?
