I don't know about the bulkheads I think a strong bulkhead brace would do just fine. As for the diff cases if you have a stiff bulkhead why bother? I find the stock setup to be quite strong and if I break a part I'll RPM it! I wonder what people do to their trucks if they say the emaxx is not very durable. I've jumped mine 25' off a bike ramp (actually measured and caught on tape) and once I doubled up some bike ramps and got 7-8 feet of air (on tape) and driven it down stairs smashed into trees, jumped it once and it ripped off the wheelie bar but nothing broken in my entire 3/4 ownership
I agree mostly, the bulkheads do help. An RPM bulkhead brace isn't going to do jack if you run into something and hit your arm. The arm will apply the pressure of the wreck to the hing pins, which pulls on the bulkheads. So having a brace won't help there, you'll still either bend the pin or snap the ears off of the bulkhead. But hey if you've had good luck stick with it.
