go vertical..... I would say emphasizing safe flying habits and control,
the need to dump the plane for safety.. The when and where to
do your thing, say just off the side of the runway... The need to call out
take-offs and landings etc. and the "Must" to "clear" for those calls...
Pick a time when less/noone is there.... Worse case, have designated days.
There are many ways to work together. It's just, Is the "Want too" there??

Then again you may have to find another club... Majority rules.. Just like
anywhere... So it's best to find a solution, in a courteous manner....
