Gary said the charger you found was pretty good and doesn't require a power supply. You can also try looking into this one. I know nothing about it, but I've heard some good things. It will also do li-po, nicad, nimh, etc but you will need a power supply. You can easily use the power supply for a computer(you can get one for ~$10 pretty easily) ... they have nice clean 12V output that the charger can use.
