I agree ... I encourage the plastic route. If you do want alum ... get the full set for $40(that's roughly the same as buying the stock parts in plastic). You need to do the spindle and main shaft if yours are aluminum though ... I haven't had a real crash ... and I've bent both 3 times. I'm sick of it.
