Helicopter Control Systems & CCPM
Mike
I agree with the article and appreciate the time and effort you put into it. I am playing with a new Caliber 30 in CCPM mode and the servo arms are short making the linierarity of the output more of a problem than as seen with say the Fury with long arms and bell cranks. I am also finding some interactions that look and feel more like swashplate timing interactions than imprecise servo movements. I remember when the Ace came out with the metal washout hub and arms that were not timed correctly and made the swashplate rotate off center. With some of the new CCPM setups getting the swashplate timing is also critical. Your thoughts?
